MSC offers skills and practices to help you respond to life’s difficulties with greater awareness, care, and understanding.

Co-taught by trained Mindful Self-Compassion teachers: Katherine Winge and Krista Gregory

Self-compassion is a profound and life-changing way to respond to hardships that not only reduces discomfort but also enriches life satisfaction and wellbeing.

An expansive body of research provides strong evidence that self-compassion consistently:

  • decreases anxiety

  • depression and stress

  • increases happiness, optimism, motivation and resilience

What can I expect from the program?

Program activities include:

  • 24 hours of class time

  • discussion of topics and experiential exercises

  • guided meditations (no previous meditation experience necessary)

  • small group interaction

  • home practices

  • The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook
